Hi, I’m Skyler Clark.
I’m a personal trainer in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles, California. I began training 15 years ago and entered my first physique competition 5 years ago. I served in the U.S. Air Force where I was able to learn the importance of discipline and took my fitness to a whole new level.
Fitness and health has always been an integral part of my life. Finding harmony and balance within the body is my specialty and I enjoy tailoring unique programs for my client’s individual bodies. I treat the body and mind as a whole with balanced nutrition, research backed by science, and a lighthearted approach–because it should always be fun!
I also consult with sports organizations regarding their strength and conditioning programs.
